How to Resolve Calculated Shipping Error Remarks?

Are you getting the following calculated Shipping error remarks while trying to upload your Shopify products to Etsy?

You are getting this error because you are using calculated shipping for Etsy Products, but the products you are trying to upload from "Shopify" to "Etsy" do not have the "Weight" and "Dimensions" in their products.

If you want to avoid this hassle and prefer fixed shipping, please refer to the documentation below to create a "Fixed Shipping" profile for your Etsy products.

By doing this, you will not have to provide the "Weight" and "Dimensions" for your Shopify products, and the issue will be resolved.

But if you want to continue with the "Calculated Shipping" Profile. Please follow the below steps to resolve this issue:

  1. You must add the "Weight" and "Dimensions" to your Shopify Products. Please refer to the documentation below:

  1. Click on "View Product List":

  1. After adding the details, let's return to our app and click "Upload Products". You will see the Product List that you want to upload before and get a "Calculated Shipping Error":

  1. You will see the Product list you are trying to upload with the error message:

  1. Select the product and click on the " Re-upload Selected Products" button.

  1. Woohoo! Now, you can see your products will be successfully uploaded to Etsy.

Note: By default, your uploaded products will be available in the " Draft" section of Etsy Listing.

You have two options to make those products active on Etsy:

  1. From our app Itself: Select the Product you want to make active and click on the " Make Active on Etsy" button, as shown in the screenshot below.

  1. From Etsy Store: In your Etsy Store, go to the "Shop Manager."

  • Go to your "Listings":

  • After this, go to the "draft" section. You will find this on the left side of the listing page:

  • Lastly, select the products you want to make "active" and click on "Publish.":
