How do you create a Variation profile in the Plugin?

The Variation Profile is a feature provided by our plugin that enables products to combine product variations when uploading products with more than two variation attributes.

Please follow the steps below to create a variation profile:

Go to Etsy Sync and click on Settings.

Inside Settings, click on Variation Profiling.

Click on the Add New button to create a new variation profile.

After clicking on the Add New button, you can create your variation profile. You will need to provide the details below:

Profile Name
Attribute Separator [ you can use only these separators to separate - | : ]
Variation Attributes

After providing all the details, you can create the Variation profile by clicking Submit .

Important Note:

For the Profile Name: You can provide any name you feel, which can be easily identified when re-using the profile.

For Attribute Separators: Please use either a pipe ( | ) or a colon ( : ), whichever you prefer. It is essential to include the attribute "separator" to differentiate the attributes.

For Variation Attributes: Please select the required variation attribute that you intend to combine. For example: Color, Size, Type, and so on.

(Please note: You have to create these variation attributes while creating products in WooCommerce)

After completing all the configuration, click the Submit button to create the variation profile.

Please Note: You can only use the variation profile exclusively when attempting to upload products using the Combine product variation feature.
