How do I sync my Tax and VAT information from Etsy orders?

If you are confused about how to sync your tax information from the sale you make on Etsy, it's just a matter of one click. Please follow the steps below, and your Tax & VAT information will be synced to Shopify.

Go to the "Settings" section of our app.

Go to the "Order Sync Configurations" tab.

Navigate to the "Sync Tax/VAT from Etsy Order to Shopify."

Upon enabling the "Sync Tax from Etsy Order" settings, the system will automatically synchronize the tax information from your Etsy orders to your Shopify store, provided that the tax is specified in the Etsy orders.

Etsy does not specify the VAT amount itself. So, if you want to calculate VAT in the order, you can specify the percentage of VAT you want to include in the order. After you specify that, the VAT amount will be calculated and sent to Shopify.
