How do I fetch my Etsy orders manually and sync them to Shopify?
If your orders are not fetched into our app due to some technical issues, you can manually import your Etsy orders into the system and send them to Shopify.
Let's learn how you can do that:
- Go to the "Orders" section in our app.
- You will see the "Fetch order" button there.
- Get the order ID from Etsy that you want to fetch and click on the "Fetch Order" button.
- Your orders will be fetched from Etsy into our app.
- The orders will be synced to Shopify in a minute.
