Inventory Sync Requirement

How can I sync the inventory of my products between Shopify and Etsy?

Firstly, to synchronize your product inventory between Shopify and Etsy, you will need to link the products. Once you have connected the products between the two stores, the system will handle inventory synchronization. It will instantly update the product quantity whenever any updates are made on one platform. This helps online sellers avoid one of the significant problems that e-commerce store owners are facing nowadays, which is overselling.

Here are a few ways to link the products to ensure that the stock quantity is the same on the products in your Shopify and Etsy stores.

  • Upload Products from Shopify to Etsy

(Once the products are uploaded to Etsy using our system, everything is connected between the two platforms. So, any changes on one platform reflect on the other instantly.)

  • Link the already existing same products

(If you already have the same products on both platforms, you can link them quickly based on their SKU and product type. After linking, the inventory syncs automatically.)

  • Link Inventory based on similar SKU

(If you have different types of products [single and variation] and want to sync the inventory between them. You can do that by having the same SKU on the products where you want the stock quantity to be the same.)
